Business Policies
- 01Clients must schedule an appointment in advance for a massage session. Walk-ins will not be accommodated as therapists are by appointment only. There is a 50% deposit of services required to reserve an appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure no risk of a late arrival.
- 02Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of service cost. Cancelation fee is non-refundable.
- 03Clients who arrive late to their appointment may have their session shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Full payment will still be required for the original appointment time
- 04Clients must inform their therapist of any health or medical conditions that may affect their massage session. It is important for the therapist to be aware of any potential risks or contraindications. This includes any prescriptions or supplements being taken.
- 05Clients must sign a consent form before receiving a massage, acknowledging that they understand the risks and benefits of the treatment.
- 06Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash or credit/debit cards.
- 07Clients are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards their therapist. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. In terms of sexual misconduct, our business has a zero-tolerance policy. Any inappropriate behavior towards our therapists or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session and a ban from our establishment. Our therapists are trained to handle such situations professionally and will take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
- 08If a client is not satisfied with their massage session, they may request a refund or a complimentary session with a different therapist.
- 09Gift certificates are available for purchase and must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date.
- 10Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without consent. Therapists adhere to strict ethical guidelines regarding confidentiality.
- 11Our massage therapy business has a strict policy against discrimination based on religion, race, gender, or any other factors. We welcome clients of all backgrounds and beliefs and strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
- 12Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new unused condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
- 13Our massage therapy business understands the importance of accommodating clients and therapists with allergies or sensitivities to strong scents, including body sprays, perfume and cologne. We have implemented a fragrance-free policy in our facility to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all clients and therapists. Additionally, we recommend that you inform our staff of any specific allergies or sensitivities you may have so that we can provide a tailored experience that meets your needs and preferences. We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fragrance-free space for the benefit of everyone.
