Appointment Policy

Clients must schedule an appointment in advance for a massage session. Walk-ins will not be accommodated as therapists are by appointment only. There is a 50% deposit of services required to reserve an appointment.  Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure no risk of a late arrival.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of service cost. Cancelation fee is non-refundable.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients who arrive late to their appointment may have their session shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Full payment will still be required for the original appointment time

Clients must inform their therapist of any health or medical conditions that may affect their massage session. It is important for the therapist to be aware of any potential risks or contraindications. This includes any prescriptions or supplements being taken.

Professional Boundaries

Clients are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards their therapist. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. In terms of sexual misconduct, our business has a zero-tolerance policy. Any inappropriate behavior towards our therapists or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session and a ban from our establishment. Our therapists are trained to handle such situations professionally and will take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If a client is not satisfied with their massage session, they may request a refund or a complimentary session with a different therapist.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new unused condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
