Hello

Growing up in Sanford, I have a place I am proud to call home.  I had the privilege of experiencing life in various cities across the country during my 20s while working as a veterinary technician. I found myself moving right back here.  I worked with Dr. Ron Myres, Myres Animal Hospital, for 13 years and that time was some of the most beautiful times of my life.  After 18 years in that rewarding career, I felt a calling to pursue a new path in massage therapy at the age of 37. I made the decision to transition careers and enrolled at the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, North Carolina, where I discovered the profound healing power of touch.

Graduating in August 2013, I delved into the world of therapeutic massage and uncovered the mysteries and wonders of the body's innate ability to heal. I quickly realized the incredible impact that massage therapy can have on one's overall health and well-being, and I was instantly drawn to this field. My ultimate goal has always been to open my own practice and create opportunities for other therapists to practice their art of healing alongside me.

After 13 years as a therapist, I have amassed extensive experience in a wide range of modalities and techniques. My approach to each session is grounded in unconditional positive regard and a deep commitment to being fully present with every client. I am excited to bring my expertise back to my hometown of Sanford and serve the local community with the best therapeutic massage and bodywork services available. I am dedicated to providing a space for healing, growth, and relaxation, and I look forward to making a positive impact through my work in Sanford.
